@Riot, do you ever plan on reworking Singed's horrid passive?

It's no military secret that Singed has one of the worst passives in the game that no Singed player and their mother even attempts to abuse nowadays (I can't remember the last time I've seen a Singed worth a damn build tear or roa).

So, do you guys ever plan on changing it? There was a post awhile back that went something along the lines of - "Singed gains additional bonuses from potions" or something like that. Personally I would like something like - Peak Chemistry: Whenever Singed generates health from a potion 50% of the health generated is also turned into mana and 100% of any mana generated from potions is turned into health.
