Gragas Problems that riot gave him,

The reason why Gragas is sitting at such a low winrate for a long time was because of nerfs that really hit him soo hard that I wonder if this champion is even viable Mid, Top, Jungle.

-Bodyslam E: His E width hitbox doesn't even represent the large size of this champion sometimes he just goes through a Sion and Maokai when you expect to hit both of them. -Bodyslam E: The end of the bodyslam E sometimes doesn't even hit even if your champion visual belly button is inside the other champion visual hitbox

-Barrel roll Q: Damage Reduction to minion destroyed alot of his waveclears when Gragas max it in lane hurting MID and TOP gragas by alot.

-Drunken Rage W: The removal of his % health scaling damage per level literally hurt maxing this ability 1st on AP Bruiser Gragas.

-Explosive Cast R: Making this skillshot already hard to hit slower when use makes Gragas R,Q even harder than it should be.

All of those combined made Gragas one of the clunkiest champion to use for god knows what reason.
