Any other junglers absolutely HATE ganking top lane?

I do. Because no matter how fed I get my top laner, if the enemy ADC gets fed enough, it doesn't mean shit. That top laner will die in ~3 seconds no matter how fed and tanky they are, making all my early game work for nothing. And obviously if I'm in top lane, the enemy jungler has a free ticket to gank bot lane and take drag, maybe the bot tower too.

I really feel like top lane is back to being the least impactful lane, even though Riot has tried so hard to make it otherwise. Around 70% of the time if I, as the jungler, gank top, their mid lane and jungle 4-man bot and take 3x more objectives than me and our top laner can. I honestly don't see a point to ganking top lane anymore. As long as mid lane wards the side bush, top can never get a decent roam off, especially with the recent Teleport nerf. Not to mention Rift Herald takes so damn long to kill, during the time we're doing it, the enemy team will take at least one bot tower, drag, and part of mid tower before it's done.

Every time I jungle, I think to myself "hmm their top laner is overextended, should be a free gank". But my next thought is always "well, I'm all the way over at raptors, by the time I get there he'll have backed off or warded, plus bot lane is also overextended......." so I never end up ganking top lane. And this continues all game; any time I think about giving top lane some attention, something more important arises on the other side of the map.
