Heals, free armor, armor shred, point and click stun for that pesky 
, awesome passive that allows you to reduce cooldowns and spam abilities, honestly he doesn't need a complete rework. I feel like he's really good right now. The only changes I would like to see is replacing his stun with a knock up and adding a slow to his passive whenever he auto attacks someone. Otherwise, please don't touch him! Thoughts?
Don't worry, his targeted stun will be gone soon enough.
I want to elaborate on my "yes" vote. He's in a decent place, but he's very point-n-click, which DOES reduce his power somewhat. For instance, if they made his stun a skillshot, it could be longer since it isn't reliable. That's really all I would change, and MAYBE his ult. But yes, I like him. Hopefully he remains similar after the rework.
I currently like him the way he is, but you better believe riot is nerfing that stun soon because "counterplay"
Knock up's are also immune to tenacity/
active (tenacity lowers time stunned, does not lower time in air.) So that'd be a straight buff for Taric, not even counting on a team with Yas. And unless they change the particle for the E, that would look highly confusing to have a little glowy light come at you then suddenly you're in the air.
Not voting cause I'm not sure. I like Taric, but he feels odd. Like sometimes I can 1v1 their adc and win with full health, other times I can't even break even with their support. And doesn't even always matter how fed I/they are, sometimes it just depending on what rotation/cd's I'm at when they go in for me.
He also works finely as a Top Tank option
Hence the rework is gonna take less than expected :P
I voted no. Riot has an (in my view, correct) opinion that Auras either go unnoticed/underappreciated or are far too strong. Taric is one of the last champions left with traditional auras (The only other two I can think of are Janna, who received a change to makeg it less aura-y, and Zilean), and as such I think he needs a change.
I don't want the stun to change though. Some of my earliest LoL memories are of ghosting the incredibly slow moving stun, wondering why it kept following me - I wasn't very clever
I was expecting a pun or two about Taric's "position" and family jewels. I'm disappointed OP
This incarnation of Taric is actually terrifying. He's super gated with cooldowns and mana use, but once you get enough mana and CDR to start getting full rotations to go off and cooldown, he very quickly becomes able to start soloing ADs.
sick of knock-ups. No more knock-ups for a while, please. Too many champs with them.
I don't think Taric is in a good place. So much passive aura power. So little outplay potential.
Whenever Riot releases some random item that makes Taric OP, the bot lane isn't very fun. His carry is immortal and he zones you hard.
