When are the Darius hotfix buffs coming?

One week ago, Red posts indicated that Darius was massively undertuned and that buffs were incoming in a rapid hotfix.

Several days later, PBE builds indicated a buff to Q base damage and the addition of the CD reset mechanic on W.

It has been many days since then, without any further word. The hotfix has not materialised.

Ever since the rework, I have wanted to test out the new Darius kit, but the low-40s winrate has made me too wary to try him out. I have been putting off playing him until the IMMINENT!!!!!! hotfix.

Either hotfix him, or state definitively that you will not buff him after all, or at the very least tell us when you actually plan to do either one.

This limbo state is getting annoying
