I just recently came back from a long break and I noticed that the guides for Sion has changed up.... There's more guides of him for Top and Support than just Top and Jungle....I am really confused and was hoping you can give me the details since Riot tends to kill champions and make the OP ones more OP.
I want to know the good and bad about the current Sion and if he can still jungle?
Melancholy Exile1 votesIf you have the time, I'd recommend watching this video by Stonewall on the subject.
The short version would be that Sion was nerfed and then Cinderhulk and other core tank items that he liked were also nerfed without any recompense for the guy. He certainly still works, but he can't carry a game and changes like the delayed detonation time on his shield really hurt his jungle presence (You can't hope to get the shield explosion damage on camps).

That said he's still viable if you enjoy him, like most champs.
Wind Whistler1 votesI feel bad for you. Sion was practically removed from the game almost a year ago now. He's nothing like he used to be, I think you'd be better moving on to a different champion.
