Is Quinn broken?

-I only got this data from Champion gg so my post is pretty ignorant if you don't wanna read-

Quinn has a 54% winrate at toplane and 53% winrate bot lane. However she also has a 1% and 0.4% playrate in these lanes respectively. Would you consider Quinn broken with this information because of the really high winrate or perhaps an anomaly. The tiny play rate means players rarely anticipate and can prepare counters against her and don't know what to do when they roam around, could play a part in the winrate.

Some fluff, Not Related: I mained the champion after a few months of starting the game back during the later half of season 3. I loved the champion and still love it now but I hate playing broken champs that I feel are too gimmicky/mainstream/easy for example I really love Azir and Yasuo (hell I bought Yas with RP cause I didn't have enough IP) but can't bring myself to play them due to my criteria. Quinn to me was not easy to play, I got tons of flame back then and had many times where I didn't do well. I prided myself on the skill I built overtime and knowledge of the game I learned while playing Quinn. However now I actually see other people play Quinn and all I see is how 'simple' the champion can be, especially against players who don't know what to do against it. I watch Quinn players easily just ult up to someone and kill them because they managed to snowball their lead, no thought required(even more so for top lane) when I put in a ton of thought in my own gameplay. I feel with how Quinn and league is now, that there's not much thinking and skill that goes into Quinn, it's just numbers and "can I out-damage my opponent". Reason I made this post is that I think maybe Riot should do something because I don't want the champion I've played for so long to be easy to play cancer (which I fully agree she is when played top lane). Maybe I want her old ult back, maybe I want her ult changed in some way, I know that I like her new Q and although many hate it I feel it can be more healthy to her kit. Perhaps I no longer need to OVER think when I play Quinn now and should just accept that she's a lot more simple than before. But than I probably wouldn't even play the champion anymore and I don't want that :( .

Quinn has good dueling potential. She's not insta-bursty like some champs (lucian, mf, etc that pound off some damage real fast) but her abilit to put the enemy at a disadvantage or bad situation is good.

Her Q is a blind, potentially able to mess up enemy combos with it and is a ranged skillshot with aoe damage/effect on hit. pretty useful in causing panic due to removing vision.

Her W is a wide-area reveal that can show information about the surrounding map area that can reveal incoming ganks or show out-of-position enemies. Great when in an area where your team doesn't have much vsion, also has a nice passive buff effect for hitting enemies marked with harrier

E is her iconic fight skill. She dashes to the enemy, pushes them slightly, and jumps back away from them at near her max atk range. Excellent for things like disengaging since you put lot of distance between yourself and your attacker, stopping channeled abilities, interrupting your enemy for a split second, and putting a brief slow on them. this skill is great both defensively and offensively and is that allows her to top effectively.

Her new ult gives her a LOT of roaming power and presence since it allows her to get around the map for assists, ganks, and allows her to do more than just fight bot most of early game. It allows her to help her team win lanes and put a lot of pressure. Plus when you back to fountain to buy it allows you to get back to your own lane faster, or any lane for assists after some nice item buys.

While it is very possible for some champs to out-trade quinn early, her kit has a lot of utility that can be taken advantage of and the team can make great use of if played well aside from just being ranged damage carry.

Hahahahahaha No.

As you said so yourself, Quinn has miniscule play rates, which means that the only people playing her are mains (hello!) who boost up winrates.

While Quinn is not as mechanically challenging as, say, a Draven, game knowledge and skill on Quinn translates to knowing how to play the map. When you need to roam, when you can, how to properly play out an advantage you might gain from snowball.

I play ADC Quinn, so I don't always see the "Quinn is OP" stuff everyone always talks about (Quinn ADC is a hell of a lot easier to counter then top), so if you want a bit more reasoning, as well as the perspective from a Quinn top player, I reccommend you to come check out r/QuinnMains, even make this post there to get some more rationale on Quinn's current state. Tell 'em Avantel sent you
