Yeah idk why it doesn't ezreal gets it and his q is pretty much the same ;/ shows riot's bias towards this disgusting champ named ezreal.

It would be really nice for sheen procs to land with his Q but I'm not sure if it would be too powerful or not if they also apply during his lock-on Qs.

Yes Ezreals Q applies them but it's a skill shot that can be blocked by other units. I feel like item 3078 would be incredibly strong when used during an E-Q combo.

The only on-hit Urgot can really use is sheen procs, if you want healing item 3812 takes care of that now while granting CDR.

I'm not sure I agree with giving his Qs that much power since it would probably call for a rebalancing of numbers to not break Urgot.
