The real number would follow this for Warwick's ult with only those two items:
(M=your max health, m=their max health, L=your lvl, R=ult ranks, [X#]=new health after # of autos, A=armor multiplier, G=magic resist multiplier)
m-(((.01M)+(.08m))A+(10+20R+.4(122.43+(L-1)3.375))G)=[X1]
[X1]--(((.01M)+(.08[X1]))A+(10+20R+.4(122.43+(L-1)3.375))G)=[X2]
[X2]--(((.01M)+(.08[X2]))A+(10+20R+.4(122.43+(L-1)3.375))G)=[X3]
[X3]--(((.01M)+(.08[X3]))A+(10+20R+.4(122.43+(L-1)3.375))G)=[X4]
[X4]--(((.01M)+(.08[X4]))A+(10+20R+.4(122.43+(L-1)3.375))G)=[X5]
Based on when I usually have second item bought by, and the items given, the numbers would be: L=13, R=2, M=2219 and I will use m=1412(Jinx at 13 as well as her magic resist and armor at that level) and m=3000(average tank health full build as well as 65% armor and magic resist). This is to show the best case and worst case scenarios for damage(I will show in flat and % for you).
Important part:
For the Jinx scenario: [X1]=1240 [X2]=1076 [X3]=920 [X4]=772 [X5]=631 a total of 609 damage, or 49.1% of her max health.
For the tank scenario: [X1]=2868 [X2]=2740 [X3]=2615 [X4]=2494 [X5]=2376 a total of 624 damage, or 20.8% of their max health.
These numbers are so different from the original I posted because in this I took kit damage into account, and enemy resistances.
