No purpose other than to shake things up for the sake of it. She's slightly strong, sure, but she's got a fun, easy to play kit with counterplay and no real issues that needs her being put in to the clown fiesta of Riot balance of which she's been safe from for two seasons. She's nowhere near being egregiously strong like

have been.
