Real talk. Anyone Riot hates (as in they won't buff or look into) and neglects (no skins, lore updates, cosmetics, etc) more than Singed in the game now?

Yeah, but thats just because he survives laning phase against Poppy. Nothing to do with Singed.

But hang on a sec, there's Trundle who does more for team comps, has more CC, gets tankier, and is so much harder to kite than singed and is actually favourable against Poppy. For whatever reason SInged is being picked toplane it's not just because he can survive a Poppy lane, hell whenever Poppy was picked last year, the other team instantly picked Trundle.

Whenever Singed is viable it has more to do with the way in which he can lane than the actual match up of Toplane.

I'm sorry but I wouldn't consider that video very informative as opposed to a rant loaded with a bunch of statements like tht singed isn't OP, ADC's are too weak, Singed beats tanky champions and doesn't really spend anytime going into detail why. Hell, his own evidence actually detract from his point when you actually take a moment to think about it at the end of the video.

Here's my explanation is that the sheer sustain through the dark seal combo gives Singed the early laning power to continually push waves against tanks which prevents them from generating any lane pressure since tanks don't waveclear very quickly. They are constantly being shoved in, proxied, and any kind of trade they make against singed would simply be shrugged off as it's hard to initiate onto singed and keep him locked down even if the jungler shows up. You can generalize to say that Singed wouldn't just work on tanks but any champion without proper waveclear and high mana costs. Furthermore the bonus healing is extremely cost efficient meaning that Singed can heal an absurd amount with corrupting potion making early tower dives and skirmishes even more feasible. I might agree he isn't OP, but no, he doesn't need a buff. Hell, he's probably the kind of champion who shouldn't even be viable at a competitive level but who knows.

What are you talking about? Singed has been consistantly getting skins and QoL updates. Point is, he's a very balanced champion with a low playerbase. So they don't really need to touch him. Also, he JUST got massive lore updates.

I love galio but he needs some retooling... his shield needs to be classified as a shield so he can be more effective at support

(I play him as a support counter pick to an ap lane/team comp )

The only change I want on him right now is so his shield heals who is shielded instead of galio every time. That would allow him to heal allies and apply things like windspeakers and Athenes.

I mostly just don't want the 90 armor/mr and insane healing changed. If you added an hp shield the healing would most likely be removed making him no longer be my favorite champ. His shield is the only reason I like him so much.

For a test in a custom game I wanted to see how long galio van actually tank a tower. He could literally tank inner towers forever (I went for 10 minutes straight without falling below 3/4 hp). I tested with the old laser inhibitor towers and tanked minions and the tower for 56 seconds. What other champion can do that without some gimmick like 5 thornmail and gunblade amumu?

they have given him nothing but indirect and direct buffs since they changed death streaks in season 4.

Given that Singed really doesn't cleanly fit into any of the sub classes that Riot had layed out. He doesn't really have enough Hard CC to be a good Vanguard, And he's a bit too mobile to be classified as a Juggernaut. And I think buy and large, he has a very unique kit, that is difficult to maintain a really good team wide niche.

I also kinda find his build options to be in a weird place, mainly his passive. Realistically his passive should make mana focused tank items really useful, (Frozen Heart, Righteous glory, etc) and yet, due to his lack of CC I feel you can't afford to neglect damage on him. While at the same time, His passive doesn't really make him tanky enough building mainly mana/AP items. (Probably get chastised if I tried building Tear.)

That in mind, the fact that the pros discovered the hysterical multi dark seal build. suggest to me that Riot isn't likely going to be looking for buffs any time soon.
