let me try this another way. Every single game i play top, Jayce/Kennen are being played

Kennen does not fall off late game or early game. he has every single stage of the game set up for him.

he builds dorans blade and you cant reach him or outtrade him early. after 6 he will ask fro ganks and you cant do shit when you're stunned and getting blown up by a point and click. his only skillshot is his q which he doesnt need to kill you. his poke is super strong early even when he has a dorans blade start.

Jayce is super disgusting to play vs because hes ranged and does more damage than you even when he takes 2x less skill to play than you. he melts you and can escape from you pretty easily. early game as a melee its impossible to farm because he zones you off cs and exp and it goes downhill when his jungler decides to dive you as well.

both of these champions need to get their damage lowered as they are ranged and they shouldnt be rewarded in every stage of the game.

early/middle/late they excel. top melee champs need a chance to play the game too.
