I think the sett changes don't really deal with the issue

The issue is that if he doesn't get killed before six then he's never going to die. Ganked? Nope, 1/3 of your health is gone. Maybe the gank goes well? Nah, ult ± flash and he's safe.

Atleast that's my opinion, same issue as mord
