Can we consider alternative methods for the chicago server move?

In Hawaii right now I have 90 ping on a GOOD day. With the ping change I jump to 160 on a good day (I tested it in cmd). At this point I would probably play from 160-200 and I don't know about others but that is kinda bad. . . Would it be possible to make mini servers to connect to around the US or one in Hawaii cause now most of us are screwed.

You are in one of the worst possible places outside the undeveloped world to play this game. It sucks, but it is what it is. At the same time, you live in Hawaii! It's worth it.

"most of us are screwed"

in a centralized location(chicago) 3/4 of states will have a benefit. (more if we count the EU people who play on NA)

as to the westcoast where only half benefit.

in chicago, the mid and east get a boost, the areas between chicago and the west coast stay normal(mainly), while only the west and alaska/hawaii get worse.

Mini servers wouldn't change anything, because they still have to reroute to the server that's doing the game calculations. There's really no way around this except creating a US West region and a US East region. Sorry about the server move >_<, my ping would increase a bit as well.

What's your ping to the Oceania server. That might be the correct server for you to play on.

Isn't it located in Australia? If so that almost certainly won't help. The eastern coast of Australia is roughly the same distance from Hawaii as Chicago.
