Earth: every 10 seconds your next basic attack does 10/15/25/30 of the structure/monsters Current hp (who wouldnt want this)

Water: Increases healing on you and increases health regen dramatially when below 10/15/20/30% hp also increases movement speed whilein river (Voli passive basically

Fire: Applies Grevious Burn to enemies and gives more champion damage.

Wind: Every 3 seconds you gain a burst of movement speed (Ratio/ratio/ratio/ratio) in or out of combat only when going towards your base. and gives Nearby Towers and Inhibitors a shield that increases per dragon and the number of allies near the tower.

There. now all the dragons are equally useful and op as hell.

Notice how i made the opposing dragons counter eachother.

One has Wind? better get Earth to drop that shield.

One has Water? better get Fire to lower the healing

One has Fire? better get water to nullify the champion damage

one has earth? Better get wind to save my urret some damage.

Your changes are overall very bad because they heavily favor tanks over the other champion classifications, as well as make the specialization of the dragons insignificant.

Earth is bad because it will make champions that aren't suppose to be good at splitpushing good at splitpushing (tanks, supports). It was the same problem that existed for the second dragon before the dragon shift. It isn't healthy for the game. The current mountain dragon amplifies the damage that is done; making it better for splitpushing champions instead of making it generally good for everyone.

Water would be HEAVILY tank favored and ultimately bad for the game. It also is a huge amount of combat power and is actually incredibly overpowered.

Your fire dragon buff is on the right path; infernal dragon needs to be changed, but giving free grevious wounds has two major problems; first it makes the first fire dragon you get more valuable than the next ones (you can't further amplify grevious wounds once you have it) as well as the fact that grevious wounds are VERY powerful and only available as niche items. The game isn't balanced around grevious wounds being readily available.

These wind changes would just stall games which isn't the direction Riot wants to go in.

Overall, a very poor set of changes. All that needs to happen is infernal dragon needs to deal a % increased damage to champions based of champions bonus ad/ap. Then everything works out.

If your movement speed changed every 3 seconds that would mess with your skill shots and flashes.
