the nerfs to Graves E magic resist was a good start but i hardly think that was the main issue. the issue was how fast he is able to E again. with his core items (warrior, BC, DD) and how his pellet mechanic works. i think he should keep the MR but reduce how much his E is reduced from his pellet mechanic

The first, which from memory is still on PBE, is removing the MR from True Grit, making him more vulnerable to some team comps (those with an enemy jungler with significant magic damage especially). The second is a reduction to Q damage early game (less base, more ratio mainly) looking at making his early game dueling in general weaker.
