That's kinda what they already do. But occasionally, a 4 man premade needs a 5th. And people tend to hate when that happens.

Still, The number of solo players greatly outnumber premades, as such that solo players are already much more likely to be matched up with other solos.

From the 4 ranked games I've played I noticed the opposite.
