Should you try to invade enemy jungle if yours is being swamped by the enemy team?

Picture this: you're the jungler, and the enemy team is ahead. You can't farm your own jungle because it's either poached constantly, perma-warded (you can't clear them out no matter what you try) or actually guarded/camped.

Should you be trying to find a way around them and try to poach their jungle, or is that just digging a deeper grave? I assume you'd just be committing suicide, since you can't get past the unlimited wards or camping Lee Sin who seems to know every time what base exit you're going to use ahead of time.

Normally, if the enemy jungler is spending that much time sabotaging you, you counter it by ganking constantly. Force the enemy jungler to protect his lanes, which means he is not in your jungle. Also, build oracles lens and plenty of pink wards. These really help at killing counter junglers.

I said enemy TEAM, not just the enemy JUNGLER. More than one of them are in your jungle camping it.

Well if that is the case, why not split push? If multiple people are having to share jungle buffs, they will quickly starve. The only reason it is worth it is if they are feeding off of you. Split push, take a turret, and that will end any plans they have of patiently waiting for you.

Trying to push out means they will ambush you from behind, and they're fast enough to stop two pushes at once since we're being inhib'd.

Probably supposed to lose if we're being inhib'd, right?

If they are getting inhibs, protect inhibs. You shouldn't be worry about jungling if inhibs are falling....
