make it so if multiple people attack a soul each person does reduced damage to the soul. I am really tired of illaoi supports zoning me to my tower either by forcing me to leave and become a vessel or have 2 people wailing on me from beyond counterable range

If Blitzcrank pulls you, you are probably dead, if you didn't burn flash and heal. It's insanely powerful at level 1, as well. If Illaoi pulls you, you take a lot of damage, but you probably won't die, especially early game where the scaling on her pull is low.
Blitzcrank's pull has a longer range and moves faster than Illaoi's.
Blitzcrank is bursting with CC, whereas Illaoi has none whatsoever.
Blitzcrank has a speed boost to catch you with. Illaoi does not.
