Surrender@20 suggestion

So i was watching a video in regards to riot thinking about changing the surrender vote to 15 minutes instead of 20. Its a great idea, i do love the idea of being able to surrender at 15 minutes especially when literally 8 min into the game the enemy already has 5 kills. However the time limit could be better, meaning instead of a time limit, why not a kill limit before a certain amount of time? Like say, if the enemy has 8 kills before 15 minutes, then the surrender vote is opened up for the rest of the game, if not, then regular surrender at 20. How about that instead of changing it to just 15 min. I know its more complicated to code yes, but it makes it a tad better because of those games where the god tier lee sin player is already 5 or 8 kills into the game at 15 min or someone is already extremely toxic and you dont wanna play the game with them anymore.

Another suggestion is that you could take a page from Counterstrikes book, with kicking someone out. I mean, i know its not a good idea in terms of people just kicking out the person they dont like. However its a great idea when you have someone intentionally feeding, for example (tyler1 fans your gonna hate me for this) tyler1 buying 2 tears and running down mid. Someone like that, we should have the ability to kick them from the game and replace them with a bot.

One more suggestion (literally thought about it with the last scentence) if someone is afk for like, 5 minutes as in if they disconnect or something like that, they are replaced with a bot, a tough bot but a bot nontheless, and make it worth less than a normal player. Like if a player is worth 500 gold, make the bot worth 200 or 150 gold (decreasing with each successive death to kill, like how a normal player if they dont get a kill and die 8 times they are worth a minion) to prevent people from farming the bot to get ahead of the rest of the team who is already at a disadvantage.

I do want a riot employee though to think about it and answer me back with the good and bad of each of the suggestions. Reason being is that if a riot employee answers, that means they read it, and if they read it maybe they could snatch an idea or something from it even if those suggestions wont work.
