More like the return of it.

Remember the days where AP Fizz got "nerfed" so people went bruiser mode, took him top/jungle, and become a nightmare anyways?

SSumday played in against SKT in the playoffs but it took so long for him to scale that he was irrelevant when it hit mid-late game. Fizz's powerspike is when he gets 2 core items, Iceborn + 1 tank item. I don't think it's hard for LCS teams to abuse his weak early game.
