There is literally no escape from him. Late game he is pumping 2 got damn aoe speed boost and personally running 700 movespeed. This is only extended by 950 range of grabbing nonsense. There is literally no margin for error against a blitz worth his salt.
People will soon realize how obnoxiously overpowered he is over time.

Easy balance: add a longer cast time, make the hitbox smaller. Thresh's hook has a longer wind-up time but a faster speed and longer range, but it is heavily telegraphed on where he's going to throw it... Whereas Blitz it's a complete guessing game. (Not to mention that Thresh has to bring himself to you, while Blitz pulls you to him... Potentially under a turret.)

Yeah it ain't fun. Not to mention the base damage on his abilities is a bit ridiculous, you know he was never intended to be a support?
