His kit needs to be scrapped completely and given a brand new one, the champ is the kind of " I see you, I am going to faceroll until you die" A kit that consists primarilty of point and click abilties lacks Cooldowns, has insane amounts of hidden power through his passive . How is a champion like that allowed to be still in this game?
Sariat11 votesNot to mention the fact that he's useless if he doesn't have his passive up or is out of mana, all of his spells are incredibly short ranged, and if your team has any sort of silence then he gets totally wrecked. Oh, and don't forget that perfecting his combo is incredibly hard, and if you mess it up one bit, then your damage is cut short.

There's even a few items in the game that give something called "magic resist". Or items like Banshee even.
TheOvermind1 votesIm not saying he doesnt take some skill to play , im sayign his kit is unhealthy, he obviously gets focus or ccd in fights and dies, but in 1v1 scenarios or laning phase he is problematic
