The entire cast of crit ADCs got gutted.
Marksmen are simply picked because they offer ranged DPS and mages just lack mana costs. You can literally play LeBlanc ADC and win before 30 minutes - your team will just lack DPS in fights.
Botlane is probably the weakest lane right now with the fact that all snowballs occur in the jungle, top-lane, or midlane.
