Graves adjustments so he can be played at bot lane?

The rework made him pretty much only as a jungler which sucks however i think there are some changes that could change that so those who love him in the jungle get to be happy and people can pick him in bot lane as well. Most of the changes revolve around his passive:

1. Remove the ammo system.Keep the current auto attack projectile but let it go through units. Units behind the first receive less damage.Something like 25%/50%/75%.Adjust his base stats as well the attack speed also possibly give him 25 more range on auto attacks: 425->450. This would allow him to be played in the bot lane or maybe even top lane.

2)Remove the knockback against non-champion units.This change is aimed more toward his jungle ability as an exhange for the regular auto attacks.Also it would make him more balanceable in my opinion.

Rest of his passive may need adjustments(simple number changes) as well the rest of the kit but the above is the main idea. Letting his shots go through units would allow for more flexible gameplan/gameplay while letting him jungle as well.

I'm not sure why Riot didn't make him able to be played at bot lane as he was originally an AD carry and worked really well in that role.
