Is it just me, or is Twisted Fate OP?

Now, lemme just preface this by saying that I only barely understand TF strategies and how to play him. As in, the past 3 games I have had with him are literally the only games I've played him against people. And I suck at TF. I suck at last hitting early in lane, I suck at getting the right card at the right time, and I almost never ult. Also I die a lot because TF's super squishy and I'm not used to playing assassins.

I have literally lost lane super hard the past two games, and yet I still have farm, I still land gold cards in team fights to get squishies burst down or tanks peeled, and I still output massive burst in the lategame with Lich bane/Deathcap/Void Staff. And my teams keep winning.

Am I delusional, or is something weird going on here?
