EXP changes are the only thing killing the games in season 10.

EXP changes are making this game a living cesspool of acid and I legitimately cannot blame people for DCing at 15min.

Example: I watched a lissandra just last game first blood a kassadin at start of game. Pushed wave, took a plate as kass came back. LeeSin camped her bush from 4-7min and she disconnected from the game same level as her bot lane. I dont even blame her for the DC know why? Theres no chance she can even play the game anymore. This isnt because I think leesin is gona camp her lane for the rest of the game but simply because those lee sin ganks put her 2 levels behind her lane oponent as a mage into an assassin while her JG thumbs his naughty bits in the JG, farming for a time thats never going to come.

Example: Ally JG runs into enemy JG doing river crab. His team responds to his pings for help. Your team is too slow. Your JG loses the game cuz there is no catchup xp, hes too low level to gank and all he/she can do is farm JG as hard as possible for the next 4-8min to catch up. During this time, the enemy JG simply invades the shit out of you cuz he knows you cant fight him anymore and your game ends without your laners sacrificing their lanes to help you.

Example:Support cannot roam or assist the JG without losing so much xp, they become non-existant.

Any problem with season 10 can be directly traced back to the FUBAR XP changes.

Riot- if you want to make this the standard for pros- I think this would be a good meta. This is complete (After-effects of eating food) for 85% of the player-base.

the problem isn't just the XP, it's the damage too. When you combine them all you need is a single misstep and you are instantly dead to any 1v2 and behind at least one level for the rest of the game, and honestly jungle is better off just camping top or mid all game and raiding camps and only going bot when it's time to take objectives cuz it's just easier to get fed that way and the jungler is in the same deep shit if he ganks and dies instead of getting a kill.

That first example sounds a lot like the jungle is too damn powerful if lee can camp in such a manner, more EXP changes are needed, less early game and more later compared to now might help.

As for the second one, If enemy jungle likes to invade all you can do is ward and hope your team can collapse on them, otherwise you play that out as you would a toplaner who is behind when the enemy is freezing.

Just do not fight no matter the cost since you´ll die if you do.

So EXP changes have made failing as a jungler as punishing as failing as a toplaner is, or as a mage into an assassin, just miserable and unfortunate.

But such is the game when you lose, even if not as a result of your own actions but like your own jungler towerdiving the enemy top at level 3 and just instantly dying like a moron losing the lane hard for you, ensuring you are always playing back and safe even if it means giving up a lot of farm.

Then the jungler comes back when he is level 6 with no real items to the enemy level 10 +1 complete item after mostly failing miserably in the same fashion elsewhere only to then get oneshot and make it impossible to overturn that now fed toplaner even after you pinged mr jungler to piss off and not go there.

Now the enemy toplaner snowballs and is starting to tearing the game down, midlane and botlane find themselves unable to stop him and start blaming toplane for it.....how bloody awful is it not to be the toplaner in this scenario? Just how miserable?

So in conclusion?

Jungle is a shit role to balance, even now "in a terrible-awful-useless-uncarriable-weak" state they still have the ability to easily decide a lane, just as you describe in that very first example of yours OP, with one camping out the Lissandra and utterly breaking her lead and rendering her efforts null.

It was even worse before when they did not have to worry about EXP as much.
