She is so cheesy, i've never seen such an absurd power spike then when Irelia rushed her Triforce. Not to mention she can out trade most champs at lv 1 anyway already. How do you beat her? i know there must be some top secret formula out there because apparently Riot doesn't think she needs to be nerfed. How am i supposed to play against her? or with whom?

There isn't a top-secret formula. Irelia is a Jill of all trades with minor strengths in a wide range of areas. As such, she doesn't have any glaring weaknesses. She's pretty consistent in how she plays regardless of what's thrown her way. Only way to reliably beat her is the exact opposite of secret formulas: hard work, practice, and research. Beating her is more about using a lot of subtle things to win over exploiting 1 major weakness.
Also - Riot thinks Irelia needs to be nerffed pretty frequently. Better nerf Irelia is a meme, and she's been nerffed pretty hard in the past.
Dr Poro3 votesActually, Irelia was nerfed a few times after her release and remained untouched afterwards until season 5. So, she isn't really getting nerfed frequently. However, they did say tat Irelia is a poorly designed champion as all she does is "outstat" you. Either you beat her, or you don't. And usually... You don't.
redniwediS3 votesShe is a perfect lesson in respecting power spikes. Just pick someone like her (tanky with damage) and work on properly managing the minion waves to best favor you.
Tips can help, but only practice will really prepare you for a matchup.

Besides, sometimes people need to be reminded that practice is the literal only thing that makes you good at this game.

Brotha1 votesOnly way to stop her is to ban her out. Anything that out stats her early falls off, meanwhile she becomes a monster. Sad part is as soon as she finishes her 
she is already a colossal threat. I think the most glaring issues she has is that the only counter for her in teamfights is to "chain cc her and focus her down", which is basically what you're supposed to do to any hypercarry. Thing is that she is a bruiser, an extremely tanky one at that, with near assassin level burst potential and near assassin level mobility. You either cc her and burst her down (which is exactly what a tank WANTS you to do) or you ignore her and sacrifice one or potentially two of your carries. You HAVE to do this even if she has nothing but a because her burst is just that strong. They really need to curve back some of her early game dueling potential. The only thing that can really beat a good one is Udyr.
LordFluffyJr1 votesI have one thing to say here. MUNDO. Yeah Mundo. At level 1 you just CS and throw machetes at her. I take TP smite top Mundo against her and do great! Mundo's machetes will mess her the hell up. If you play Mundo a lot you will know what I mean. 1 gank pre tri force on her and you are looking awesome!
