45% bonus armor pen is plain too much. I'd rather have the old lw. you can't fucking build tank anymore unless you have 600 fucking armor. sick and tired of getting my ass handed to an adc because i built an mr item or a utility item. god forbid I dont hae ninja tabis. thornmail. randuins.dead mans sunfire cape. all in the same build. basically thornmail gives only 55 armor if the adc buys this shit.

I shy that if two people on the enemy team build it, your tanking ability feels like it plummets. But that's kind of a good thing.
KGDisasta1 votesall they have to do is make it so armour pen multiplies the amount of damage returned by the amount of armour pen. so if they have 52% armour pen, they recieve 152% of their basic attack back to them from thornmail. the current state of pen is beyond broken and rito should be embarrased they let adc's be this broken for 2 straight seasons
