Adc's with stormrazer

There arent hardly any adcs you can attack with immobile melees, they get too much movespeed so landing your CC is useless, they can just disengage even without help from a teammate. Even immobile adcs like MF or Draven and obviously Jhin. You might say they need the ms for the assassins but they use stormrazer too and build so they get even more ms usually. It also means if you are a skillshot based champ you need the immobile too walk into your skillshot or drop his mouse.

Stormrazer is broken becasue it offers lot of ms without sacrificiing anything. If you rush or you lose a lot of damage and waveclear but what is the downside of rushing stormrazer?

Only Jhin is a legiylt problem in terms of movespeed. He was not balanced in mind for hail of blades and stormrazor, which indirectly overbuffed him in utility.

Draven is the easiest ADC to hit CC with after Kog'maw, he literally marks where he's gonna move next, and MF drops like a rock at the slightest touch of damage and she's immobile like any other marksmen.

Draven can press Q if he has too drop an axe, and i actually said if you land the cc he will disengage anyway if you are immobile.

Sure an assassin will 1shot mf but I'm not talking about playing assassins.
