I like how most people don't seem to know this is exactly what the old Hurricane was...

Nobody bought it because it was garbage.

Also, bolts can't crit.

Beyond broken? Do you remember what old hurricane did ? Only Kalista was good with it and this item would be the same pattern. It wouldn't fit on ADC who rely on critical strike since its removal. Only Kalista , Varus and Kog'Maw would use this.
