Hextech tools are infused with magic I believe (I could very well be wrong, that's just what I've assumed) and so it does make some sense that Corki, a yordle on a hextech ship firing hextech bullets and rockets, does partial magic damage

Ezreal, I got nothin for him. I don't really want to see him as hybrid damage tho

No you're right. At least about the hextech. Hextech is gear that is a combination of science and magic.
