(PBE notes) Azir Shifting Sands ( E ) No longer knocks up enemies or grants shield .....wtf

That has to be a typo or something? Like you guys can't be that stupid.... Right?

Go read the reddit link that is on that website, here is the link https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/3cme6m/78_pbe_update/cswxv67 If you read it you might understand what they are doing with Azir right now, I gotta make a lot of these so that people can understand these are just ideas being thrown around by Riot atm

I love Azir to death, I really do, but I realize that he requires some small tweaks. But holy ****, they literally took everything good about him except ult. Early game dps gone, only super late game attack speed, since he gets it from w which you max last(wtf). And the w knockup removal puts you right in position for some point blank skillshots. Q was left alone but isn't that good by itself. And the ultimate is only to help set yourself up. So all in all, Azir has become a chicken finger.

Unfortunately it seems true. But not EVERYTHING comes out of the PBE... just a lot of things.

My guess is that people have been combining it with his ult. Making the so called Shurima Shuffle, way to reliable.

His other nerf, I'm more neutral about. His AS scaling is removed from his CDR build and moved to his W. (And I don't know when most Azir players get their 40% CDR) This is definitely a nerf in the sense that Blue buff does not have the same effect on him as it use to. He will reach the same AS he would have had at 40% CDR at level 13. Unless it gives enough incentive to max W first.
