Wana reset mmr so i have more to climb was boring past seasons starting plat and getting diamond in couple weeks and have nothing left to play for

You can't unless you want to make a brand new account. Even then, you'd have to play badly in placements so you don't get placed in high gold/low plat.
send in a support ticket they'll probably do it for you.
play flex it reset every season.
