Holy mother of God your new player experience is awful. Why do you stop people from buying accounts?
I can't get over how hypocritical this is. I was recently temp-banned for "toxicity" (it's not toxic to criticize teammates, but I guess you disagree eh?) and so I created an alternate account to test the new player experience out. (For context, my previous experience with being 'new' was in S4 when we still had to buy quints n' shiz w/ our IP. I distinctly remember it NOT being this bad.)
Oh dear Lord. It's not an exaggeration when I say that the trolls, griefers, intentional feeders, smurfs, scripters & AFKers all outnumber the new players at around a 1.35:1 ratio. Not only that, but even in spite of keeping my win% at a flat 50, I'd say that, every other game, I see the same people once more.
If I was a new player and my first experience with League of Legends was running into a scripting Katarina who stutters every time I press Q or E, or I ran into a few flamers & griefers who flat-out say "Idc, it isn't my main so I can troll all I like", I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be staying for long.

Being completely dismissive of reality doesn't make it less real. Have fun in your fantasy-land where LoL is completely friendly, welcoming & fair to new players as if it isn't one of the most common complaints about the game outside of your favorite echo-chamber that consists entirely of addicted veterans.
Again, have fun boomer.
By the way, if you're wondering, Avast & TOR are my favorites, and with 300 ping it's quite easy to get a terrible K/DA consistently & have it appear legitimate as you ping your ping n' apologize to the smurfs who end up on your team. But hey, totally not a legit excuse for 4/10/7 gameplay, eh?
Again though... have fun. Obviously I'm faking it because that's the only way you hold any logical ground... but tbh I'm inclined to believe that very few people left who play are the logical or rational type.
Just for context on how I 'smurfed' if you can even call it that. The newbie experience is fucked, and no amount of fanboying fixes that. Among the other issues the game has, the newbie experience has to be talked about just as much thanks to the severity.
