Can we finally unnef Kassadin?

He is, in the game's history, the most nerfed champion. He can't use most of his kit in special events like urf and he is hard core under powered. Can we buff his early game at least? his Q does no damage, his w does a bit more, but compared with most champions it's not much. his e is fine. His ult is fine.

I feel that because he has such a hard time early game it takes forever to actually use him. He has huge mana problems with his ult, but his ult doesn't do much damage unless it's used a lot of mana and his cd must be super low for it to be effective.

So overall you basically need a full build for Kass to be much good it seems to me. Without a full build your cd isn't low enough, you mana levels are to low, and with building cd and mana, you don't get much damage, then you need magic penetration because you can't do anything anymore without it.

So can we please buff him.
