Could it be possible that knights vow could be built on bruisers/tanks top laners to pair with their junglers, and the jungler buys that item as well to link to their top laners?
And it would be kind of like, top laners/junglers are true partners for a majority of the game similar to how adc/support are partners throughout the game?

Imperial Pandaa1 votesI think it depends on the visual of the bond. If it is prominent then it could potentially give away the gank. It could still work theoretically, but one would need to pay more attention to positioning. Question with the item. Will you be able to change it like 
? If so then roaming may increase as well depending on the range. I'd happily experiment with it. I would also consider putting it on the jungler instead of the top laner.
