I have no problems with riven

and I play Irelia and rumble at the top lane! (which are close lanes for the most part because its really a skill match up) Is it because people just forgot how to play against riven? There was a period of time after her nerfs which she was not played much so people forgot how devastating she can be if not taken care of properly. before her nerfs there was an occasional "riven op" thread that got down voted to hell, but now they are all over the place.

Yea, lately I have been playing this match up a lot, but because I play it so much I already know everything about her so I can win lane, and even if I don't win the lane I wont feed either.

Don't even try to convince me she is so strong that she can go in and 1v5 without being cc locked immediately, and if that is the case it means your top laner must have fed her hard.

PS: I don't play riven because I suck horrifically bad with her, and she even looks like a fun champ to play too

The issue people have with Riven is that she's just annoying. She is extremely hard to finish off and extremely hard to escape if things go south or a gank comes. I don't really think she's overpowered either, but her annoying factor is rather high.
