Are there any plans to remove silence from the game?
Title. Curious. I personally think silences, in its current non-dodgable states in cho and garen, is a toxic mechanic. Has Riot mentioned anything about slowly removing silence or something?

I'm more curious because it's 1-to-1 counterpart, Blind, is down to only one champion in the game having it. 
Silence still has 
non-dodgable status? Cho's is a cone, so out position him... Garen's is a telegraphed charge, so you can minion block him, kite him.
The cycle continues. What you and everyone else who wants to play league with their eyes closed is, "When will all forms of cc be removed."

I mean I would think Suppression would be the first to go before silence ever would, but I also think there is too many silences in the game.
And then there's Malz
Cho and Garen are perfectly balanced at the moment. The damage on Cho's W is more of a problem than the silence. Garen is absolutely fine how he is.
