Is it just me or does Lee do a lot more damage with his combo than before?

I took a 6 month break from League and it feels like Lee does a lot more damage with his combo than before. Like straight up one shotting. He also seems harder to kill.

I'm not someone that complained about Lee. Now though he seems to one shot, be tankier and be very mobile.
