Nothing wrong with simple characters designed for less skilled players. If anything it's an over-emphasis on complicated kits that bothers me these days, I miss the standard auto attacking bruiser.

yes it is...... you counter them by picking a champion that allows you to counter play them..... thats the whole purpose of second pick -.- whomever gets first pick obviously gets dips on their favorite champions and might pick one the opponent wanted to pick.

Master Yi is a time bomb that needs to be defused very early on in the game. But then, you drop the damn thing and boom. The game is lost. (Not a catch up XP complaint, just play champions with hard CC you should be fine.)

Jax, Xin, WW, Shen, Shyv are just a few that wreck Master Yi. I am a lvl7 ex Master Yi main. Trust me. I do not know why everyone is saying Rammus though. An experienced Master Yi player can destroy him. QSS taunt and slice him up like a 12 piece pizza. It's all about the attack speed and Q resets. Master Yi can still be played in high elo, but you have to play him perfectly.

"QSS taunt"? You can do the same thing to Warwick, except even easier because he won't have disgusting amounts of armor / a knockup / damage return. Plus you can actually dodge WW's abilities like his ult with your Q. Can't dodge Rammus taunt and it has a low CD. He destroys Shyv too.

Jax and Xin ruin his day though, yeh.

Tryn also kills yi 1v1 easily. WW fear or ult can be QSS but only one. WW heals a lot and is tanky. WW counter ganking a yi is a bad day
