We really need a mute button for pregame lobby

Literally 99/100 games it's some idiot who didn't take his ritalin spazzing, or some guy complaining about his last team getting everyone tilted, or someone raging

i almost never see any constructive talk in the pregame lobby, can we at least have the option to mute people who just spam away? e
