His heal and fear and annoying as hell, and his ult is way too good. Sorry guys, bad tone to take, I guess what should be done is just add more windows to do stuff against him. You need solid burst plus hard cc to kill him, the windows where you can successfully interrupt him are very narrow, due to his short cooldowns. TLDW He's not interesting to fight, and should have his cooldowns adjusted.

With tenacity, his fear is less than 1.5 seconds lol. You can just disrupt his channel on drain. Ward to dodge his ult. Fiddles has already been nerfed a shit ton.

I have to say no, hes been nerfed as it is, and hes bearly picked, its not like you see him that much, not even in rank, ward better or something, his ult is hell to land right, his fear and heal is his combo, everyone has a combo, look at kat, throw dagger, teleport to person, spin, run away, repeat, just CC fiddle if anything, and if you cant, well, not like his heal is OP, and his fear is never maxed (well, I max it 2nd, but its not even that long to do stuff) just keep a good ward up, and keep an eye out for him if you want to live pass his ult.
At this point I'm hoping for a rework. He feel so weak after all of his nerfs yet people like you still ask for them.
