Suppression stopping Vi ult

I'm pretty sure this is a bug, otherwise it's just really dumb. I ulted as Vi, and a Skarner suppressed me. I had to wait out the Suppression duration before being able to resume my ult. While it did eventually resume it was too late and I lost the game because of this. Either this is a bug, or Rito may need to reword the description for Vi's ult.
