@Riot I won a match but did not get LP

I recently won a ranked match, however I did not gain any LP from that victory. I then attempted to access the support site, and while I can log on here, whenever I would attempt to log onto the support site, it would immediately log me out. Otherwise I would have submitted a ticket there. I would like my LP, and if I Riot employee could look into this, that would be great. Thanks.
