it's Sejuani, almost for certain. It's the most influential champion in that season, and Sej's the obvious choice.

Yeah, most likely Sejuani.

But then again, last year everyone voted Lucian since he was the #1 most picked AD carry the entire season. But then it turned out to be Morgana who was a highly contested support pick for half the season.

I THOUGHT THESE SKINS WERE GIVEN TO CHAMPIONS WHO WERE CONSTANT PICK / BAN THE WHOLE SEASON!
