Insert 45% winrate champ

Omg insert name is so broken!? I fed him 8 times in a lane and he destroyed my team! Wtf? He has insert every ability in the kit. He does 1000 true damage a second and has 700 movespeed. He can build full tank and deal loads of damage. Rito nerf pls.
