Big QOL improvement to shop for character-specific items - search by name

Please allow us to search for a champion's name to get their character-specific items.

E.g. viktor, gangplank, kalista, whatever.

It is jarring to have to go to the recommended tab to find something if it was left out of, for example, an AP Carry custom item set we made or something along those lines.
