Riot Instead Of Making New Champions/Skins

Can we just get a lot more items and masteries instead. This way there is more unique ways to play a champion that makes it fit you. Im sick of seeing new champion and skin, they are fun and all but I get a lot more excited when I see new items/masteries (like in next season). I would just like to have a wide variety of stuff to chose from to make my champion unique in its own way.

Instead of the simple mage build:

You would have more to chose from. Yes, not every mage would build something like this, I know. Champs like Kayle would take and other items. Point is, is that everyone builds almost the exact same thing on a champion (except maybe like 1 item). It would be nicer to see more to choose from, so it fits your play style.

Sorry if I did not get my point off well enough, I am very tired.

......You do know the game is split into many, many, many different teams, right? Each with people who are trained and experienced in their specific field? The skin team(s) have no involvement or relation to the balance or update teams, and they aren't trained nor qualified to partake in such work.
