Probably the most tilting game ever

Imagine this: I am playing top Wukong into a Jax with a 82% win rate with 24 games. I die twice early game to him, but I don't give up, or tilt. I push forward, the teams were about even, bot lane won their lane and got first turret. By the end of the game both teams sit around baron, with little fights here and there. I find myself at 10/4/5, now carrying the team against the smurfing Jax. I am not letting him win so easy. I see Jax bot lane pushing the only inhib tower we have left, and so I ping my team to let them know I am engaging for a 4v5. I clone in for a full assault, BOOM 4 for nothing.

We win the fight, and I immediately look to back. 3 seconds pass, and as I stare at Jax whacking down my inhibs I realize I am not backing. For some reason or the other, I stopped backing, maybe a minion? maybe an ignite? or perhaps even my nerves causing me to cancel the back by accident? I don't know. Of course I make sure to back this time, arriving as Jax is already hitting my nexus. It is half HP. I don't have ult. I all in him, get him down to enough HP I can kill him with a single Q...

But it is too late. As my team is assaulting though his mid inhib aiming to end the game in another 10-15 seconds, I was not able to stop Jax by a single Q. The game ends with me at 11/4/8, a great score but I feel so ashamed and tilted at the disbelief of what just happened. All that adrenaline, that effort and the game ends this way. To add to the flame the Jax had guardian angel anyway and would have probably had the time to get the nexus anyway. We needed 2 to back. But I shotcalled for 1.

I can't cope

EDIT: so I watched my replay. Turns out if I had not greeded to secure the kill on their last standing champion (Anivia) whom was dead for sure anyway, and had I realized that he ignited me I would have been able to back 8-10 seconds sooner than I did. Had I called for another player to back with me so since all we needed to end was the ADC, We could have probably caught Jax finishing the last inhib instead of having the nexus at almost half HP. In this scenario we would have won. Feelsbad
